Kentfield Commons Park

Kentfield Commons Park is a private park for residents and their attended guests to enjoy.

In the interest of keeping the park accessible to everyone including children, the elderly, and others individuals who do not want to be or cannot be exposed to chemicals, pesticide and herbicide use is limited in the park and common areas.

Free Little Library

We have a Free Little Library in the park.  The bottom shelf is for children's books and top shelf for adult books. Donations are appreciated! Please wait until there is room in the library to donate books - do not leave books outside the little library.
Nancy Davidson is the contact person for the Free Little Library:  Nancy Davidson, 903 Whitehall Lane, (650) 365-6774

A big thank you to neighbors Andy King and long-time volunteer Nancy Davidson for creating this beautiful library for the community.

Park Rules and Regulations

  • Both a Redwood City ordinance and our CC&Rs require that all dogs be on a leash at all times and the owner must clean up after them. Article 28 (g) of the Association's CC&Rs states “... Owners shall prevent their pets from running loose on the Common Area. Owners shall prevent their pets from making excessive noise and from soiling walks, paths, courtyards, and all potions of the Common Area.  Each owner shall be financially responsible for their pets...''
  • Please take care of the trees and plants - do not damage the landscaping.
  • Hardball is not allowed in the park.
  • The park closes at 10:00 PM.

The Association, through its Board of Directors, has a duty to make reasonable efforts to see that uniform enforcement of the Association CC&Rs and Rules is carried out at the development.. However, it should be noted that a failure to enforce the CC&Rs or Rules of the Association in some cases does not invalidate that particular CC&Rs or rule.
