HOA Funded Landscape Renovation Request
The HOA prioritizes projects that benefit all of the homeowners over individual renovation requests. Individual requests for renovations are reviewed at the end of each fiscal year and approved based on the availability of funds at that time. The Fiscal Year ends June 30. Homeowners must submit applications by April 1st.
Please note:
Please note:
- For Lawns: The HOA reconditions all of the lawns each year, but it is not installing new sod. Homeowners who would like to invest in new sod can complete the Landscape Change Request at Homeowners Expense form.
- For Planting Beds: Individual requests for planting bed renovations are reviewed at the end of each fiscal year and approved based on the availability of funds at that time. Please be advised that for HOA funded renovations we save as much of the existing plant material as possible - this is often done by filling in bare spots with more of the same type of plants. Homeowners who desire a completely new look can invest in more extensive renovations by completing the Landscape Change Request at Homeowners Expense form.
- For Trees: Dead, diseased, or dying trees are always replaced with healthy trees. Please Complete a Tree Replacement Request. (Not the form below)
