Front Gate Security System
The front gate is controlled by a security system. The gate can be opened by authorized residents with an access card. Residents can also open the front gate for their guests using their phones.
New homeowners should contact the Association Manager to have their name and phone number programmed into the security system. You will be assigned a three-digit code that will be displayed with your last name in the directory. Your actual phone number is kept private. The system works with both land lines and cell phones.

Instructions for using the Telephone Entry System to Open the Gates
- Your guest can locate your last name in the directory, using the A and Z scroll buttons. When your name is displayed, he or she should press the call button.
- The system will call you, and you will be able to talk to your guest.
- To open the gate, simply press 9 on your phone. You should hear a tone indicating the gate has been opened. You can hang up. (If you do NOT wish to open the gate for someone, press 4 on your phone or simply hang up.)
Tips:
- When your last name is displayed in the directory window, a three-digit code is displayed to the right. This is your directory code. If your guest already knows your directory code, they can simply enter the code on the keypad to call you without having to scroll through all of the names.
- If you are on the phone when your guest calls, they will hear a busy signal. You can eliminate this problem by ordering “Call Waiting” from your telephone company.
- If you lose your keycard or you don't have it on you for some reason, you can use this system to call yourself and let yourself in.
